Safari Fees includes:
Accommodation during the period of the safari in our exclusive chalets, services of professional hunters and staff, alcohol and beverages in moderation and field preparation and trophy fees. Same exclusions apply with daily rates.
Terms & Conditions
- 50% of daily rate is required on confirmation of booking – balance of daily rate and trophy fees payable on completion of safari.
- Only travellers cheques, cash, back guarenteed cheques or electronic transfers are accepted as payment.
- Deposits are not refundable but can be transferred to another safari if cancellation is made, a minimum of 8 weeks prior to commencement of safari.
- On comencement of the safari a contract, an indemnity form and general information sheet must be read, completed and signed.
- Travelling days will be considered and charged as hunting days
