History of the farm Dipitsi:

Dipitsi is one of several farms surrounding the Matlabas river, some of which border the Limpopo river. Farmers have farmed and hunted in the region for hundreds of years, thus ensuring that the eco-system is kept in balance.

The farm-owners are well known to one another, and share many happy hours together in discussions and regarding the future conservation of their farms.

The meaning of ‘Dipitsi’:

Dipitsi is a word taken from one of the local tribes, the Sotho people. The word itself means horse (Pitsi) or many horses (Dipitsi), thus the logo of the striped ‘horse’ i.e. the Zebra.
